1475 North Scottsdale Road at the intersection of Scottsdale and McDowell Road, SkySong is a mixed-use project that will consist of of 1.2 million square feet of office, research, retail and hotel/Conference center space at full build-out. The completed project will be a vigorous, 21st century center for innovation, commercialization, entrepreneurship and business development.
Is an innovation center designed to help companies grow by providing business services and programs offered or facilitated by
Arizona State University. These services include access to new technologies, capital networks, business education and a skilled workforce.
